With more and more famous people starting to adopt a plant based lifestyle, many people have begun wondering if Eminem is vegan.
Unfortunately for all of the animal activists out there, Eminem is not a vegan. While he has taken part in some vegan meals, the famous hip-hop artist has yet to join some other rappers who have decided to go vegan.
Veganism is taking the world by storm. For animal welfare reasons or decisions based on environmental sustainability, more and more people are starting to follow plant based diets. While veganism has made its way into the hip hop scene, it has yet to really make an impact on Eminem’s dietary preferences.
What Does Eminem Eat?
While you can get vegan options, it’s likely that Eminem opts for the meat version of his favorite food—tacos. While he can certainly afford to eat at the world’s finest restaurants, he still has a preference for a fast food restaurant famous for cheap eats—Taco Bell.
Eminem is also a fan of another meat-heavy fast food restaurant, Wendy’s. We’re not sure what he typically orders, but we could assume that it’s something like the Baconator or the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
His preference for cheap food probably stems from his upbringing. He never had much money growing up, so he likely tried to eat whatever allowed him to get the most bang for his buck.
Some of his favorite restaurants while growing up that still regularly feed him today include McDonald’s and Denny’s.
Not surprisingly, Eminem’s poor diet has contributed to different periods of weight gain throughout the years, particularly when he was also dealing with a drug problem.
What About the Vegan Mom’s Spaghetti?
There are several different rappers today who aren’t shy about sharing their decisions to become vegan. Waka Flocka is probably the most well-known of the plant based vegans.
He’s joined by Jay Z, DJ Khaled (most of the time), RZA, Andre 3000, and Common (sometimes).
Eminem did join several vegan popups at the 2018 Coachella by serving a vegan version of Mom’s Spaghetti.
While this was a hit amongst attendees, it has yet to transform Eminem into the next vegan rapper.
