Scott Yancey has at least 40 cars. Scott revealed in an interview that he had 40 cars by the time he was 40, which was in 2009. It’s not known exactly how many cars he currently has, but one can assume it’s around the same number or higher.

How did Scott Yancey get Into Cars?
While being interviewed for one of his YouTube channels, Scott talked about how he’d been interested in cars since he was a teenager. “Gosh I was like 14 years old and my alarm clock would say 9:11 and that would make me think of Porsche,” he shared.
However, he never dreamed he would be able to actually buy his dream car. As a teen, he started working on a vineyard in the summer, as well as selling his drum kit, in order to save up for a car.
He eventually bought a 1967 Mustang with the money. It had a “prefect black interior” but the exterior was a garish purple.
The previous owner had been involved in a small crash that crushed the front of the car. “It looked like a shark. It was so embarrassing that I parked it a couple blocks away from my high school and then I’d walk,” Scott revealed.
Fortunately, Scott had a wealthy aunt and she agreed to provide the money needed for the car’s repairs. He fixed the car up and gave it a “great red paint job.” The freshly painted car looked “amazing,” according to Scott.
Another high school kid thought so too and offered to buy the Mustang. Scott told them he’d trade it for the kid’s Toyota truck. The deal was done and that’s how Scott got into trading cars.
“I think I had like 40 cars by the time I was like 40 years old,” Scott revealed.
What cars is Scott known to have?
The multi-millionaire hasn’t released a comprehensive list of his car collection, but he has shown off about a select number of cars in the past.
Porsche GT3 RS
“I became a Porsche fan in 2000,” Scott shared on his YouTube channel. Before that, he’d been a big BMW fan.
After getting his first 911, he “never looked at BMW again.” He explained that BMWs are “luxury cars that are sporty [and] I’m all about sports cars with some luxury.”
Scott bought the Porsche GT3 RS. “Basically you feel like a little kid driving a race car on the street,” he shared.
Scott talks about his love for Porsche in this video:
Ferrari 458
It’s not known if the realtor still owns a Ferrari or not. In a Youtube video, he revealed, “I’ve owned McLaren’s Ferraris.” Despite a Ferrari being the dream car of many, the “Ferrari is too perfect,” Scott explained. “I want that raw race car experience,” he concluded.
1949 Chevrolet 3100
Scott doesn’t limit his car collection to sports cars. He also has this retro, split-windscreen pickup truck in his garage.
