Bilzerian appeared in movies such as Extraction, Lone Survivor, The Equalizer and Cat Run 2. He also played in the 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event. He finished in 180th and was reported to be one of the funniest players in the tournament.
Bilzerian is one of those that are said to be living the dream. He is often surrounded by buxom babes. He likes to party and shoot guns in his spare time. He is also somewhat of a bad boy and has had a few run-ins with the law over the years.
Dan Bilzerian’s Diet
As mentioned earlier, Dan Bilzerian is an animal lover. However, he is not vegan. He states that he has a super fast metabolism and that makes it difficult for him to keep on muscle when he doesn’t eat meat.
During interviews, Bilzerian has talked about a time when his father went vegan at and lost 30 pounds of muscle. So even though he respects vegans and may try to go vegan one day, he has no plans to do that any time soon.
In order to stay in fighting shape and work off some of that partying, Bilzerian has a strict diet that he sticks to. He has three chefs that cook for him and he follows a meal plan of foods that are balanced, high protein and low in fat. The carbs he eats are low on the glycemic index.
He eats vegetables three times a day. However, he is also big on meat and fish. He makes sure to drink a protein shake after workouts. This helps him replenish glycogen after training.
Blizerian is not big on supplements. He prefers to get his vitamins and minerals from the food he eats.

Dan Bilzerian’s Workout Plan
In addition to eating healthy, Bilzerian also has a rigorous workout plan that he sticks to. He has done multiple types of training including MMA, SEAL training, power lifting and more. He believes that switching things up is the key to staying physically strong and well rounded.
The workout Bilzerian does is a mixture of power, Olympic living and aesthetics. He doesn’t take anything with him to the gym preferring to use a bar, a bench and dumb bells. He feels using machines don’t allow you to strengthen stabilizer muscles and they also increase the risk of injury.
And while Bilzerian works those muscles hard, he also believes in taking much needed time to recover. He does this by doing ice baths after workouts. He believes these help to pull the lactic acid out of muscles and wake you up.
Bilzerian is heavily into fitness but he definitely likes his meat. His high protein diet gives him the energy he needs to build muscle and take on those intense workouts. And this definitely seems to be paying off for him in a big way!
