Jeff Bezos

Jeff Bezos is the founder of Amazon.com, a digital marketplace that has changed the way we shop for everything from groceries to garden tools.

Born on January 12th, 1964 in Albuquerque, New Mexico - Jeff Bezos was a precocious child who learned to read by age three and taught himself computer programming at age twelve.

He went on to study electrical engineering and computer science at Princeton University before transferring to a degree in business administration from Harvard University where he graduated with honors with an MBA in 1986.

Jeff Bezos has recently stepped down from Amazon's CEO position and is now focused on the space company he founded, Blue Origin.
